Do you have responsibility for buildings or the management of building services, such as cleaning and maintenance?
This CPD certified masterclass is designed to support those with facilities management responsibilities who want to develop their competencies and build the capacity of their services.
The Covid-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented pressures on facilities managers who need to manage contracted services within changing guidelines and circumstances. This course will help you to hold contractors to account; improve your FM in-sourced services, contracts and systems; and navigate challenging times.
APSE Training, in conjunction with specialist associates Steve Gladwin and Anne Kinder, is offering this skills development masterclass to raise awareness of best practice in managing a range of facilities. The course will include a number of case studies and exercises that will explore the management of both in-sourced and out-sourced facilities management services.
The content of each course will be tailored to meet the requirements of the service sectors attending and may include a range of aspects including: property management, building asset management, cleaning services, compliance management, roles and responsibilities, IT systems, contract management, management of FM teams, gathering stakeholder feedback, procuring and mobilising new contracts.
This course has been independently certified as conforming to accepted CPD guidelines. Delegates will earn 5 CPD points from attending the full course and will be issued with a CPD certificate for their personal records.
