The parks industry has been changing at a pace, with significant new requirements being placed on those at all levels in the profession. Demands are increasing and resources dwindling. Professionals are showing resilience, determination and innovation and this is being captured in a new course being offered by APSE Training.
This preliminary course provides an introduction to the key issues and principles of parks management. If you are looking to move towards a more senior position, or you want to grow the skills to understand, develop, and cope with the demands faced by managers, this course will provide a robust overview.
Participants will share best practice and experiences in this highly interactive course, delivered as part of APSE’s online training offer.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
This course has been independently certified as conforming to accepted CPD guidelines. Delegates will earn 5 CPD points from attending the full course and will be issued with a CPD certificate for their personal records.

This course will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. To access it, you will need a WiFi connection or mobile data hotspot. Downloading Microsoft Teams to your laptop, desktop or smart device will give a better performance and greater functionality throughout the day. This highly interactive training includes a mixture of presentations, video conferencing, group work, games, quizzes and video.
