About the event

The APSE Scotland Fleet, Waste and Grounds seminar will be once again taking place in Aviemore in May 2020. The full event programme will be made available in due course but speakers already confirmed include:

  • Ms Claire Gilmore, Traffic Commissioner for Scotland - will be discussing the responsibilities of fleet managers and latest issues
  • George Cairns, Road Safety Development, Glasgow City Council and Darren Faulds, Chief Inspector, Police Scotland - will be providing details of the Fit2Drive website.  An innovative and informative website which has been set up in partnership with Glasgow City Council, Police Scotland, NHS Healthy Working Lives and Scorsa
  • Willie Whyte, Fleet Manager, Aberdeen City Council; Yasa Ratnayeke, Managing Director, Protium Energy and Andre Lagendijk, Product Manager, Geesink Norba - will be providing information on Aberdeen City's hydrogen journey including details of Duel Fuel and RCV Fuel Cell
