The council-owned homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms, have been built to contemporary standards to help reduce energy use, lower household bills and support resident wellbeing.
The scheme also includes accessible and adaptable homes, ensuring residents with differing needs can benefit from high-quality, sustainable housing.
Funded through more than £13 million from Islington Council, alongside further funding from other organisations, the project demonstrates how local authorities are combining affordable housing delivery with climate and energy objectives.
