Started in 1980 with a fleet of just 6 vehicles by Nigel Brown, N D Brown Ltd’s specialist independent Vehicle Rental and Sales have grown significantly over the subsequent five decades.
Since its inception, N D Brown Ltd.’s efforts have been focused on supplying the utility, civil engineering, municipal and highway maintenance industries with high quality modern HGV hire vehicles such as asphalt hot boxes, tippers and 4×4’s for both short and long-term self-drive hire.
They have depots across the country and now operate a fleet of over 1,300 commercial vehicles available to rent. From their sales division, they also sell a wide, but specialised range of new and used commercial vehicles.

Promoting excellence in public services, APSE is the foremost specialist in local authority frontline services, hosting a network for frontline service providers in areas such as waste and refuse collection, parks and environmental services, cemeteries and crematorium, environmental health, leisure, school meals, cleaning, housing and building maintenance.
