Dunfermline-based Hillend Engineering are award-winning, specialists in design, build and aftersales support for RCV bodies and bin lifts.

£4M investment throughout 2026 will provide our local 7,500 sq ft facility and manufacturing infrastructure with the latest technologies across the end-to-end operation. A new state-of-the-art paint shop will provide the most modern shot blasting painting methods, along with water-based paints, ensuring the best quality paint finishes for customers, whilst reducing environmental impact.   

Drawing on 50-years of experience, our specialist bodies are designed and built for maximum collection efficiency, and the body and hydraulics can be combined with an electric chassis for ultimate fleet decarbonisation.

We’re delighted with the market reaction to our latest products across trade and household waste collection, from BIG BITE JUNIOR, CITYTRAK, POWERTRAK and POWERLINK, to our nimble MICRO XHD specialist food waste product and our iconic FRONT END LOADER, we have products built for all collection purposes, supported by our regional depots and experienced Mobile Fleet Engineers.

As part of the Farid Zoeller Group, Hillend Engineering benefit from the latest innovations and technical advancements, and at this year’s APSE, we are proud to showcase the quick intervention Z-CAM AI camera, fitted to our CITYTRAK RCV. Z-CAM is an essential safety product for RCV fleet operators, safeguarding Loaders in the bin lift working danger zone.
