With more than 40 years working in the fleet management industry Peter Hollinshead and Alan Green bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to all aspects of their work with APSE.

Based on practical and pragmatic principles, they specialise in identifying cost savings, process improvements, management controls and service enhancements within fleet management and vehicle repair and maintenance functions. They work collaboratively with clients to develop future strategy that encompasses service to end users, the needs of colleagues, financial imperatives, and the achievement of net zero ambitions

Their experience of managing a 60,000-vehicle fleet encompasses the full range of fleet related activities, from acquisition, through in life services, to end of life disposals.

In addition to their commercial experience, Peter and Alan have also recently worked with many Public Sector authorities, reviewing Fleet Management practice, advising of the potential for change, with an emphasis on the changing world of mew technology and environmental issues.

Through their bespoke “Principles of Fleet Management” training workshop, they will share their knowledge of the full range of fleet related activities and demonstrate a practical way to compare new and old technology.
