Head of Assets and Commercial - Wyre Council

Wyre Council operates a substantial property portfolio comprising over 240 assets.

We are looking for a creative, innovative and commercially minded property professional to help us make the best of our property assets to develop and drive forward a new asset management plan.

The role will lead our new Assets and Commercial Development department and will work closely with the Corporate Director of Communities and be instrumental in shaping and delivery of services including Estates and Property Management, Building Maintenance and commercial venues including our theatres and markets.

You should have a high level of understanding of asset, estates, property and building management and commercial development. Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams at a senior level and the ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of different stakeholders is key. The successful candidate should have a recognised qualification and ideally be RICS qualified.
