An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing organisation. The Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) provides a range of services to Local Authorities across the UK including advice and research; consultancy; benchmarking; seminars and training.
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant to join a busy team. The team look after membership activity including events (both administering and attending them), coordinating event bookings (Seminars / Meetings / Training courses), helping with customer queries, updating and maintaining databases, updating the website and assisting in the collation of information for reports along with general administrative duties.
All applicants should have excellent administrative and communication skills and be confident both on the phone and face to face.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Word, Access and Excel at is essential along with the ability to use Microsoft Teams.
Experience in using design software would be greatly beneficial (InDesign is desired).
Closing date for the receipt of applications is Friday 17 June, it is anticipated that interviews will take place on Friday 24 June.
