This free event for APSE Northern Ireland members will bring together local government leaders, performance experts and practitioners to explore the role of benchmarking, performance measurement and digital innovation in driving service improvements.
The programme will showcase case studies from across Northern Ireland and the wider UK, highlighting how digitalisation, customer service hubs, AI, and inspection apps are transforming local authority services. Delegates will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops on digital technology, service transformation, and HR challenges.
