What we do


Gopak Ltd has been established since 1954 and we are the U.K's market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of lightweight aluminium folding tables and stacking benches, the popular choice for equipping school halls that need to be quickly transformed from an area of learning into a dining hall for busy lunch time service.  Our folding tables are available in a vast array of sizes and styles to suit your space and your budget.  From traditional wood grains to funky and bright primary colours our furniture can blend into the room or can be a stand out piece to stimulate the minds of your pupils.

The tables can be stored in our specially designed storage trolleys, to enable you to efficiently set up and put away the furniture used at lunch time.

If you have a space allocated for dining that is a permanent fixture, our Enviro tables and benches are bound to be of interest.  With their smart contemporary design and knock-proof ABS edge, our tables and benches are constructed from aluminium with the top finished in wipe-clean laminate with a honeycomb core.  The end product is therefore strong but 40% lighter than other tables on the market.

Equally suitable for classrooms and anywhere else around your premises that needs quality and stylish furniture, this range is also ideal for Early Years learning.  The Daisy and Keyhole are sure to be a hit with younger pupils and are supplied in numerous colours, with constrasting or matching edges.  All items conform to BS1729 Parts 1 & 2.

Having diversified into other areas of the learning environment we also manufacture aluminium modular staging which is ideal if you need to increase the area of your school hall but still have a stage for school assemblies, performances and plays.  The Gopak Ultralight stage has easy to use, concertina effect risers onto which the stage platform is effortlessly attached with the twist of an Allen key.  Available in pre-configured packages or as individual components, we can assist with planning the stage to make the most of your available space.
