Annual Service Awards 2019

The finalists for the APSE Annual Service Awards 2019 have been announced! Click here for a full list of this year's finalists.

Congratulations to those councils who have been successful.

Our Service Awards presentation evening will take place at the end of APSE’s Annual Seminar 2019 which will be held in Newcastle on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 September. At the Seminar, delegates will get the opportunity to hear industry-leading speakers from across UK local government. 

 

Booking a Service Awards dinner place

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, priority will be given to delegate bookings in the first instance and dinner only places will be confirmed within 5 working days of the Thursday 15 August deadline.

Alternatively, if you only wish to attend the charity dinner, it is essential you complete the booking request form below. If you are a finalist but you are unable to attend the awards dinner please still use this form to tell us your details so that we can post a copy of your finalist certificate to you after the event.  

Please ensure you submit your booking request form no later than Thursday 15 August to avoid disappointment.

Early booking is extremely advisable as this event sells out quickly and places cannot be guaranteed.

Dinner Package One: Table of 10 guests including two FULL Seminar places

£1725 +VAT   

This package allows two full seminar place which includes dinner  + eight additional dinner places.

NB The full seminar place includes two of your delegates attending a  pre-seminar reception on Tuesday 10 September + Seminar attendance on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 September + attendance at the AGM and reception on Wednesday evening and attendance at the service awards dinner.

The eight additional dinner places included in this package will allow you to book as a table of ten at the service awards dinner. Please indicate in the message box below the delegates you will allocate  as ‘full seminar‘ attendees.     

*Please note the two full seminar places CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offer*

 

Dinner Package Two: Table of 5 guests including 1 FULL seminar place

£865 +VAT  

This package allows one full seminar place which includes dinner + four additional dinner places.

NB The full seminar place includes your delegate attending a  pre-seminar reception on Tuesday 10 September + Seminar attendance on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 September + attendance at the AGM and reception on Wednesday evening and attendance at the service awards dinner.

The four additional dinner places included in this package will allow you to book as a table of five at the service awards dinner. Please indicate in the message box below the delegates you will allocate  as ‘full seminar‘ attendees.

Special Requirements/Information

Please tell us if you wish to be seated together with colleagues who are already booked on to this event, including those booked as seminar delegates. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Cancellation and refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reservation is a contract. Substitution of delegates is acceptable any time in writing by post or email to Laura McNab (lmcnab@apse.org.uk) or call 01698 459 051. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 working days before the event, and will incur a 20% administration fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations received less than 10 working days before the event or for non-attendance. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue should this become necessary.
