This associate is an experienced APSE Solutions associate consultant and trainer. He lectures in personal & organisational development at Newcastle University Business School and international business management and organisational change, work and diversity at Northumbria University. He has supported numerous LA clients across a wide range of environmental service areas with the common theme to constantly improve performance and efficiency. With over thirty years’ experience as a Senior environmental operational manager he has a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to share. He gained his PhD in Local authority service delivery Performance Improvement exploring the impact leadership styles, organisational structures, employee engagement and motivation has on service quality improvement. He brings a practical perspective to personal & organisational development and change. Recent work includes talent management strategy development, competency based recruitment and selection, and employability skills training.
