The BIG Energy Summit – 'Local solutions for a global problem'

The Big Energy Summit is APSE Energy's premier event looking at the energy, climate change and sustainability agenda designed specifically for the local government sector.

The range of technologies, business models and approaches that local authorities could adopt is vast, so it is vital to keep up to date on recent developments. We are bringing together a wide range of individuals and organisations to discuss case studies, explain technologies, evaluate approaches and share their knowledge and experience - this is not one to miss. 

Confirmed speakers include representatives from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Behavioural Insights Team will provide a strategic overview, whilst case studies from South Tyneside, Central Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Warrington Borough Council will present a variety of case studies for best practice learning.

As the UK edges closer to its net zero deadline of 2050, the topics discussed at this event will come to dominate the political agenda for years to come. From officer to councillor, this agenda will be valuable to everyone who works within a local authority.

This event is a 'must attend' for decision makers across:
