The content of each course will be tailored to meet the requirements of the service sectors attending and may include a range of aspects including: property management, building asset management, cleaning services, roles and responsibilities, contract management, management of FM teams and gathering stakeholder feedback. The course will include a number of case studies and exercises that will enable you to understand and discuss facilities management in your organisation.
