Neath and tidy

Neath and tidy

Having been shortlisted for five awards, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council held a little ceremony in house for the APSE finalists and winners. The ceremony was hosted by the Mayor of Neath Port Talbot, Councillor John Warman. A fitting way to celebrate an extraordinary achievement for the Council.
