No more so has this been apparent than in local authorities, which have been literally adapting services on a daily basis to ensure staff and public safety. Although the pandemic is still with us, it is inevitable that we will come out of it at some point in the future. The changes that may come out of the pandemic will be a reflection of the lessons we have learned and the innovations we have made.
