APSE service award winners 2011

Over 450 guests came together at Brunel’s Old Station in Bristol to celebrate the best in front line service delivery in local government. Actress and Broadcaster, Alex Lovell of BBC Points West said ‘The purpose of tonight’s celebration is to recognise the best in public services and to share that best practice with all’. Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council were declared ‘Overall Council of the Year in Service Delivery 2011’ and received their award from Jim Brand of Daf Trucks who kindly sponsored the award.
