APSE service award winners 2010
Over 400 guests came together at the Templemore Leisure Complex in Derry / Londonderry to celebrate the best in front line service delivery in local government. News and TV broadcaster and presenter, Sile Seioge, said "An overwhelming three hundred submissions were received for the awards this year, with each one demonstrating councils are fully committed to delivering excellence in frontline public services". Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council were declared ‘Overall Council of the Year in Service Delivery 2010’ and received their award from Lynda Mitchell of awards sponsor LACA.
