I am delighted to announce further details of APSE’s annual seminar 2011. As you will see in the attached full programme this UK wide annual event concentrates on the issues that matter to local government frontline services. Efficiency, innovation, income generation and service improvement planning. Alongside strategic policy overviews and changes to legislation this seminar will provide focussed professional practice sessions for:
