Timetable

The APSE performance networks timetable has been established to work in tandem with the financial reporting timetable of its authority members, whilst producing an analysis, which is still relevant for inclusion in the service review process.

The timetable for year 10 (financial year 2007-08) is scheduled as follows:

Dispatch of Year 10 data collection packs

May - July

Data collection period
10 June 08 Data validator training day (new validators)
12 June 08 Data completion training session, Manchester (Full)
30 June 08 Return deadline for service profile tables (SPT)
11 July 08 Return deadline for management and accounts data
August 08 Error checking sessions
25 September 08 Data validator training day (new validators)
September - October 08 Advisory and working group meetings
August - November 08 Final deadline for the return of data via email or website upload
October - November 08 Circulation of performance and PI standings reports
November 08

Best and most improved performers scored, assessed and validated
4-5 December 08 Performance networks annual seminar and awards
31 December 08 Deadline for late data returns
2009
TBC Advisory and working group meetings
March 09 Circulation of performance reports (following any late returns)
March 09 Dispatch summary reports and final PI standings reports
