Building a future for Britain Just days after Housing Minister Yvette Cooper announced a further fund of £510m to councils, to help bring empty homes back into use and build more new homes, the Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) called for greater investment in training the construction workforce to meet the new challenges for more affordable homes.
