APSE Northern APSE Northern represents 77 authorities across the north which includes the Greater Manchester and Merseyside conurbations, Cumbria and the Lake District, the North East, Lancashire, Cheshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire and Humberside. APSE Northern has a great reputation for active regional seminars developing a strong networking group particularly in the areas of crime, disorder, neighbourhoods and the environment. APSE northern is keen to support its members during a time of widespread reorganisation. Within APSE Northern some 19 authorities are directly affected by reorganisation. APSE Is keen to help whether through support through our membership services or through production of ‘legacy reports’ from our performance networks service. We are also keen to support members through our APSE northern events and on the 10 December at the Chill Factor within the Trafford Centre, Greater Manchester we will be hosting a free regional event looking at service transformation issues and dealing with the new inspection requirements.
