| Event Details: | This event attracts on average over 300 participants on an annual basis from across Council services in the United Kingdom (750 if you include those who attend on the last day for the APSE service awards). These individuals represent a wide cross-section of Senior Directors, Procurement Managers, Heads of Service, Elected Members etc from front-line Council services such as Housing, Building Maintenance, Catering & Cleaning, Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance, Sports & Leisure, Transport and Roads. As in previous years, all exhibitors who participate in APSE’s annual national exhibition are cordially invited to attend all evening receptions and events with delegates, and take part in the Annual dinner and APSE service awards on Thursday, 9 September 2010 at the Templemore Sports Complex. As attendees in previous years will confirm, this provides further opportunity for discussion in an informal environment beyond the normal confines of a daily exhibition and ensures both delegates and exhibitors are given full, equal access to all aspects of the seminar. All interested exhibitors should complete the booking form or contact Louise McMillan, Marketing & Exhibition Manager on 01698 459051 for further information. |

| Event Details: | Following feedback from both delegates and exhibitors at the 2009 event, APSE is once again bringing the Environmental event back to the highly popular Stoke on Trent Moat House hotel. Potential exhibitors should note that delegates who attend the event have a direct responsibility for the procurement and commissioning of goods and services from across the environmental services division. This year APSE has decided to freshen up the conference by holding the event over 2 full days (Wednesday 13th & Thursday 14th October) this will provide further exposure for all exhibitors in attendance at the event. In addition to the main conference, APSE will also be hosting its Apprentice of the Year awards for the UK’s finest Young Gardener and Transport/Vehicle Maintenance operative. These have been kindly sponsored by SGM Contracts LLP and Zoeller Waste Systems Ltd respectively. |

| Event Details: | Last year, over 100 delegates attended the seminar, with almost all of APSE’s 35 Scottish members represented. In addition, representatives from a range of Health Boards and other public sector bodies in Scotland also participated. The purpose of the event is to bring together delegates from across these interrelated council and public service areas into a single forum to maximise the benefits for both delegates and exhibitors alike. Those attending are responsible for a range of areas including healthier Food Procurement, Sports & Leisure Services and Facilities etc. You should note that due to the informal nature of the event, the number of available stand allocations has been limited to 12. With this in mind, all interested parties should complete the attached booking form and return to the address detailed or fax direct to 01698 454 183. Please note that stands will be allocated on a first come first served arrangement. New exhibitors to the event should note that all business and social functions held during the seminar are open equally to both delegates and exhibitors. For example, exhibitors are openly invited to participate in seminar sessions, receptions and join the Associations Annual Dinner & Healthy Accolades. We believe this is one of the key elements which has contributed to the continued success of the event. |

| Event Details: | With over 450 attendees participating in this event each year, sponsors are able to network with council officers and members directly responsible for procuring services in their specific areas. Sponsors of the Workshops & Awards are able to have their stand exclusively within the Workshop room for their sponsored category. With no dedicated exhibition area, sponsors are able to reach their customer base throughout the course of the event by being on site during the whole duration of the programme. As part of the sponsorship package all sponsors are invited to provide a short presentation (5 – 10 minutes) at the start of the workshops to the delegates, providing information on the company etc. All award sponsors will have their logo engraved onto the Best Performer & Most Improved Performer trophies and certificates which a representative from the company will present on the night along with the awards host. The awards dinner also provides an excellent opportunity to network on an informal basis with the delegates in attendance at the conference. |
