Allotments Officer - Brent Council

Salary Scale SO1 from £26,403 to £28,045 p.a. inc

Brent Sports & Parks Services are looking for a well-motivated, good communicator to work in the busy resources section.

The post holder must have excellent IT skills and be capable to use word and excel. To be responsible for the management, administration and development of a quality allotment service across Brent in line with the Borough’s allotment and food growing strategy.

A basic knowledge and understanding of Horticulture and Allotment Legislation is desirable. Excellent organisational and administrative skills & a proven ability to communicate effectively, confidently and enthusiastically both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences including face-to-face, by telephone, email and at public meetings.
