APSE interim management


The process

Our interim solutions run alongside all of the associations resources. We offer the bespoke approach, with interims all over the UK, we offer the same high level of service anywhere. We are dedicated to public services, providing ongoing support for our interims and clients through all of our services - performance networks, lifelong learning, advisory groups, membership resources, best value consultancy and seminars.

Brief - Once you have contacted us, depending on how far along you are in your search, we can assist in drafting up a brief to cover what you require within the role, we can arrange visit you on site, or if you prefer this can be covered over the phone or via email. Within the briefing we will look to establish the background to your situation, the nature of the appointment and any anticipated outcomes. We would require information on any essential knowledge required, personable attributes and the anticipated length of the assignment. At this point we would also look to establish any other requirements of the role, for example will there be a large amount of travel involved.

Turnover - Once this is finalised we will then draw up a shortlist of prospective appointments, we will aim to employ an interim as soon as possible, however we also want to ensure you have the best person for the job.

Cost Interim Managers charge at daily rate, expenses will also be agreed prior to assignment

QualityAll our interims are required to provide references and their track record is checked to ensure you receive the best possible service. Interims are also required to report back to us on a regular basis. We will also maintain contact with you, arranging a suitable date for you and your interim for an on-site visit, we will always be on hand to help. All our Interims and consultants are entitled to free lifelong learning and development training to ensure they are fully up to date on the latest legislation and practices.
