APSE Solutions is APSE’s in-house provider of consultancy and interim management to local authorities. We support member authorities and non member council service providers with a wide range of consultancy and interim management solutions. A small internal team is supplemented by a network of carefully chosen associates to offer a range of expertise and experience covering all aspects of service delivery.
APSE Solutions is closely linked to other APSE service areas including Training and Performance Networks. All consultants have access to the huge volume of performance data held on the Performance Networks database and are able to use it to quickly and effectively identify potential for service improvement and cost reduction.
