Sam Millar, Human Resource Officer, City & Neighbourhoods Services Department, Cleansing Services - Belfast City Council

"APSE provided an in-house accident and Incident Investigation for Duty Holders training course to senior staff within the City and Neighbourhoods Department of Belfast City Council. As the organiser of the course I found the process very positive and was impressed with the easy and willingness of the APSE staff to facilitate this training. The feedback that I have received from candidates who attended on the day have been very positive with everyone complimentary about the course content and the professionalism of the tutor/s which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I would certainly have no issues with booking other suitable courses with APSE in future".
