Experience

This associate has over 30 years experience in a number of different authorities specialising in  Education and Commercial Catering and Cleaning at head of service level and has been working with APSE as an associate consultant/interim manager for the last three years and as a consultant/interim manager for the past five years. During this time he has helped a number of authorities to develop their services, with a particular emphasis on budgetary management and organisational change. He is quick to adapt to changing circumstances and has the ability as an interim manager to 'hit the ground running' assessing the issues faced by the authority and delivering a considered and comprehensive range of turn-around solutions. With a wealth of experience in school and commercial catering, building cleaning, security, courier, CCTV, telephony and front of house reception services he really can offer a fully inclusive soft FM consultancy or interim management solution.
