Experience

This associate is becoming one of the sector’s leading experts in the delivery of estate services to social landlords. Running an innovative Estate Services club which has over 150 member organisations and has helped many different types of organisations review how their services are delivered. He concentrates on finding out what managers and residents want and helps landlords meet those aspirations.

He has also helped procure estate services contracts for more than 20 organisations some of which have delivered annual savings in excess of 15%. His specifications are now acknowledged as “best practice” and are used as part of a robust monitoring and default mechanism.

He has a proven local government background working in one of the most demanding London landlords, which included writing specifications for CCT and tendering out many services including estate services. He has taken this experience into helping other landlords deliver their services better and more economically.

Promoting excellence in public services
