Experience

With an MBA and 30 years experience including significant success in income generation, commercialisation of parks and facilities and business efficiency, including the successful turnaround of failing service areas.  Has managed spaces from highly sensitive conservation areas to car parks and theatre. Widely experienced in partnership working, this interim has managed major partnership based organisations with up to 14 funding bodies including public, statutory, private and voluntary sector .

 

Experienced operator at Service Head and Management Board level in the public sector with successful service transformation programmes completed. A team builder and motivator who can enthuse and engage. Training has included extensive Leadership programmes, coaching skills and business development.
