This associate is an experienced former Head of Service, who has been involved in a range of consultancy projects with APSE across England and in Scotland, since 2009.

These projects have included reorganisations of multi-disciplinary direct service organisations, value for money service reviews, property and service delivery option appraisals, and confidential investigations.

He is also a former National Secretary of APSE, and is a vocal champion of the role of local authorities in ensuring a good quality of life for their communities, particularly in the current age of continuing austerity.
