Spring into membership with our welcome and learning package

As local authorities continue to focus on efficiency, income generation and innovative working to meet challenges; performance measurement and management continues to be at centre stage.   The need to know your own service has never been greater, and active performance networks members, certainly have an in depth knowledge of their service that is priceless.

“The data provided by performance networks has shaped the direction of our service delivery for the past three years. The evidence of our standings within performance networks has, and continues to, inform our decisions on staffing function, pricing, training and product development”

Andrew Bond, Bereavement Services Manager Wigan Council

“We actively participate in both the Waste Management Advisory Group and Performance Networks. Having the ability to share advice and experiences from waste experts and learn from others face to face and through network queries has contributed towards improving the way in which we do things. We believe this has been proven by being awarded refuse collection best performer 2015”

Dela Moreland, Waste Operations, Kettering Borough Council.

New members joining in 2017 will receive a support package to include:
  • An onsite welcome visit from a performance advisor to understand performance networks data processes, the benefits of performance reports and using data to drive up your performance in quality, cost and productivity
  • An onsite training day with your ‘data cruncher’ showing them how to download templates, upload data and access reports
  • A selection of summary reports so you can familiarise your performance teams with the performance reports
  • A dedicated team of performance data experts at APSE head office to help you with your data queries
