New APSE Approved Partners: Welcome to Vision B2B Marketing and Training!

New APSE Approved Partners: Welcome to Vision B2B Marketing and Training!

Congratulations and a warm welcome to Vision B2B Marketing and Training, who have now been confirmed as APSE Approved Partners!

Through this partnership, APSE hopes to ensure that local councils are able to take advantage of carefully planned marketing training, tailored to Local Government. Their services are specifically tailored to those in manufacturing, engineering and professional service companies that are operating in the B2B (business-to-business) space. With clients such as Rolls-Royce, The CIM, University of Liverpool, Aluminium Shapes and Butcher and Barlow LLP, their experience makes Vision B2B an invaluable tool that APSE members can now take advantage of.

Speaking about their new Approved Partner status, Head of APSE Training Jan Kennedy said, “We are delighted to welcome Vision B2B to our training programme. The company brings a fresh approach to marketing whilst making their presentations very relevant for the challenges that local authorities currently face. The initial courses have been excellent in encouraging participation with a blend of new technology and traditional marketing techniques.”

As Approved Partners, Vision B2B will run training courses in collaboration with APSE Training. This includes both Master Classes that are designed to be relevant to all Local Government frontline service providers, and bespoke courses, which are tailored to a specific group and available by request. Based in Salford Quays, the company works nationally to create and implement marketing programmes, bring digital marketing to organisations, and train teams to get the most from their marketing.

René Power, Managing Director of Vision B2B, said that, “As a new start-up with 20 years commercial marketing experience from a variety of sectors, I'm really excited by the opportunity to help councils and authorities across the UK improve their commercial return by understanding how to position and sell services to business buyers.

“Being an APSE Approved Partner, with a road-tested one-day marketing programme that already has 10 UK dates, plus several in-house dates, has been without doubt the most thrilling thing I've worked on since setting up Vision B2B in October 2015. And the feedback to date has been overwhelmingly positive.”

APSE’s Chief Executive Paul O’Brien said “I am delighted to welcome Vision B2B Marketing and Training to the APSE family. René’s expertise and experience will be a great help to any local authorities who want to improve their marketing and make it relevant to their audience. This is a timely partnership, as marketing skills are fast becoming an integral part of the public sector. I’m sure you will all join me in congratulating them on their status as APSE Approved Partners.”

Vision B2B have already completed two highly successful training events in Manchester and Central London, which were branded ‘enjoyable,’ ‘really useful,’ and ‘very informative’ by the delegates who attended.

APSE is excited to welcome Vision B2B Marketing and Training to our community. We look forward to their contribution as they help support local authorities to achieve excellence in frontline services.
