Freetech was founded in Hong Kong in 1993 and is now a leading asphalt pavement maintenance service provider, using efficient and environmental-friendly Hot-In-Place (HIP) recycling technology. The group operates in a “4-in-1” business model that integrates equipment design and manufacture, pavement maintenance contracting services, material and technology research, and training. The group public-listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2013.
Freetech HIP recycling utilizes the patented heating system to heat and soften asphalt pavement instead of sawing, breaking and milling in traditional method. We developed the first HIP patching vehicle as well as recycling train in China. All these occupy the largest market share in China up until now.
In addition, Freetech is the largest HIP maintenance contractor in China. We have gained more than 15 years of HIP recycling maintenance experience, and occupy over 80% of Hot-In-Place recycling works across the Mainland. The contracting service has reached and been recognized in Korea as well.
Freetech has set up our own HIP research laboratory with advanced equipment and intelligent surveying vehicles for road inspection. We are designated to draft the national standards for the HIP practice and acceptance criteria. With huge research investment for years, we own almost 200 patents for the pavement maintenance processes and equipment.
We are devoted to quick and cost-saving Hot-In-Place pavement repair technology to extend the life span of roads.
